Service Description. This Site describes Residential Pool Cleaning, Commercial Pool Cleaning, Swimming Pool Repair, Pool Filter Cleaning, Hot Tub Cleaning, Hot Tub Repair provided by Puddle Pool Services East Valley. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Puddle Pool Services East Valley and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Puddle Pool Services East Valley makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Puddle Pool Services East Valley's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Puddle Pool Services East Valley harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. AZ law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in AZ.
Term Changes. Puddle Pool Services East Valley may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
